  They have been handling our loss of family members for years. I recently had the personal experience with my brother and sister of having to plan our own mothers funeral. John Miller was a really great guy to work with. This unpleasant time and we had no idea where to start. John showed us a rough draft and with all his help and flexibility, everything came together beautifully. We had an excellent service for our mother. I know in my heart that she would be so proud of us. It's not something you want to do, but is part of life. Thank you John Miller for all your help. We really appreciate it.
